Roles & Responsibilities
Handle social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn
Develop content strategies and decide what type of content should go across different social media platforms
Create monthly content calendars and plan content for social media platforms
Identify trends, creators, and audience behaviour to translate insights into actionable content strategies
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and content strategies across platforms
High ownership and robust execution in a rapid-paced environment

Ideal Candidate

1Strong Content Strategy / Social Media Strategy Profile from D2C / Consumer Brands

2Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 4+ years of experience in content strategy, brand marketing, social media strategy, or creative planning.

3Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience handling social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn.

4Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience developing content strategies and deciding what type of content should go across different social media platforms.

5Mandatory (Experience 4):



Must have hands-on experience developing content strategies and managing monthly content calendars across social media platforms.

6Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have demonstrable experience identifying trends and audience behaviour to create actionable content strategies.

7Mandatory (Experience 6): Must have independently owned campaigns end-to-end — from strategy through execution and delivery — as a Lead, rather than only contributing to content.

8Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have a strong understanding of digital culture, current social media trends, and content formats.

9Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have a solid understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, and social-first content.

10Mandatory (Skill 3): Must have solid communication, copywriting, content planning, brand storytelling, and content ecosystem understanding.

11Mandatory (Industry): Must have experience with D2C / consumer brands in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.

12Mandatory (Stability): Must have a stable career history with consistent tenure across companies.
