HR & Admin Executive

Experience: 2–3 years | Qualification: MBA/BBA – HR

Role Purpose

Coordinate with clients in person to gather sourcing requirements, work with partners to source suitable candidate profiles, schedule interviews with the client panel, and manage day-to-day office administration including petty cash.

Key Responsibilities
Visit clients in person to understand and document hiring/sourcing requirements
Coordinate with sourcing/recruitment partners to get suitable candidate profiles
Screen profiles for basic fitment before sharing with clients
Schedule interviews with the client panel and manage calendar coordination
Track interview status, feedback, and follow-ups
Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) for sourcing and database search
Handle general office administration (vendor coordination, courier, stationery, etc.)




Manage and reconcile petty cash, maintain vouchers/bills, prepare periodic statements

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing coordination
Robust coordination and follow-up ability across clients, partners, and panels
Working knowledge of job portals
Basic MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Financial discipline for petty cash handling

Qualification & Experience

MBA or BBA (HR specialization), 2–3 years of relevant HR/Admin or recruitment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
