Business Sourcing:Drive end-to-end local sourcing, lead generation, and self-sourced mortgage/LAP/Home Loan files.
Target Achievement:Meet monthly and quarterly disbursement and portfolio goals.
Client & Market Engagement:Build local networks, manage customer relations, and handle field visits within the assigned territory.
Process Coordination:Coordinate with credit and operations teams for file processing and verification
