Role Description: Workday HCM Functional Consultant
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM solutions. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Core HCM, business process configuration, reporting, security, and stakeholder management, along with experience in delivering end-to-end Workday projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
Configure and support Workday Core HCM, business processes, and organizational structures.
Manage system enhancements, releases, and production support activities.
Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to optimize HR processes.
Support testing, UAT, deployments, and post-go-live activities.
