We are looking for a skilled Refrigeration Technician with hands-on experience in industrial freezers, cold rooms, and power pack condensing units. The candidate will be responsible for installation, diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation, servicing and repair of Industrial Freezers, Deep Freezers, Cold Rooms & Power Pack Units
Diagnosis of faults in compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves
Gas charging, leak testing, brazing and vacuuming
Handling refrigerants like R404A, R134a, R290, R22 as per safety norms
Electrical wiring and troubleshooting of control panels, thermostat, defrost timer
Perform preventive maintenance and prepare service reports / estimates
Visit client sites for breakdown calls and provide technical support
Maintain tools and follow safety procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC)
Solid knowledge of refrigeration cycle and electrical controls
Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
Experience with Danfoss, Emerson, Bitzer, Copeland compressors will be preferred
Positive customer handling and communication skills
Willing to travel for field service
