Chindalia Industrial Products Limited (CIPL) is a supplier and distributor of industrial hydraulic tools and equipment serving industries such as Steel, Power, Mining, Oil & Gas, Cement, Infrastructure, and Heavy Engineering.

Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse and store operations.
Receive, inspect, count, and organize incoming materials and products.
Maintain proper records of stock, inward and outward materials.
Ensure accurate inventory levels and conduct regular physical stock checks.
Prepare and maintain GRN, stock reports, delivery challans, and material records.
Coordinate with the purchase, sales, accounts, and dispatch teams.
Ensure proper packing, labeling, and dispatch of products.
Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper storage of materials.
Identify shortages, damages, and discrepancies and report them to management.
Maintain records of tools, equipment, spare parts, and other warehouse materials.
Ensure materials are stored systematically for easy identification and retrieval.

Computer Skills Required




Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Basic knowledge of email and internet.
Ability to maintain computerized stock/inventory records.
Should be comfortable preparing basic stock and inventory reports.

Candidate Requirements
Age: 50–60 years.
Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse/store management.
Experience in an industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or trading company preferred.
Should have good knowledge of inventory and material handling.
Should be responsible, organized, and physically fit for warehouse-related activities.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Computer knowledge is mandatory.
Candidates residing in or around Navi Mumbai/Turbhe will be preferred.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
