Chamayam Textiles is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Shopify Website Executive to manage and grow our Shopify e-commerce store. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify and a passion for online retail.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Shopify website.
Upload recent products with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
Update inventory and ensure stock accuracy.
Process online orders and coordinate with the dispatch team.
Manage discounts, collections, banners, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor website performance and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Work with the social media and marketing team to update products and promotions.
Optimize product listings for better search visibility (basic SEO knowledge is an advantage).
Resolve website-related issues and coordinate with developers when needed.
Requirements
Experience managing Shopify websites (preferred).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
Good computer skills and attention to detail.
Robust communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in e-commerce or fashion retail is a plus.
