Grocery Supervisor Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a grocery or retail management role
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Adaptable schedule, including evenings and weekends
