F&B; Manager – Job Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily Food & Beverage operations and ensure smooth service.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Supervise, train, and motivate F&B; staff.
Monitor sales, revenue, costs, inventory, and wastage.
Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution.
Coordinate with Kitchen, Stores, Purchase, and other departments.
Plan and supervise banquets, events, and special functions.
Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Prepare operational and financial reports.
Drive revenue growth through promotions and upselling.
