Main Duties
Staff Lead: Train, and make work schedules for team members.
Sales Growth: Set sales goals and find ways to boost profit.
Stock Control: Check inventory levels and order current goods.
Customer Care: Solve customer complaints and keep service quality high.
Store Safety: Keep the shop clean and follow safety laws.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or a business degree.
2 to 4 years of work experience in retail or leading a team.
Valuable speaking and people skills.
Basic math and computer skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
