Job Description:
Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities.
Coordinate with workers, contractors, and engineers to ensure smooth work progress.
Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings, plans, and instructions.
Monitor the quality of construction materials and work.
Check and maintain daily work progress and site reports.
Ensure proper usage of materials and avoid material wastage.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a secure working workplace.
Coordinate with management and report site-related issues.
Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.
Read and understand civil drawings and measurements.

Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Site Supervisor.
Valuable knowledge of construction site activities and supervision.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage workers and site activities.
Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Willingness to work at the construction site.

Job Location: Thoothukudi – Mangalagiri

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
