Position Details
Position: Learning & Development Executive
Location: Mumbai
Employment Type: Full Time
Experience: 2–4 Years
Qualification: MBA in HR
Industry: Training, facilitation, or social sector experience will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities
Support the Learning & Development initiatives across teams and projects.
Identify training needs in coordination with teams and managers.
Coordinate training programs, workshops, orientation sessions, and learning activities.
Manage training schedules, venues, materials, trainers, and participant communication.
Maintain training records, attendance, and employee/volunteer development plans.




Coordinate with internal and external trainers and facilitators.
Collect participant feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.
Prepare training reports and maintain L&D; documentation.
Suggest improvements to training programs based on feedback and outcomes.
Promote IAHV’s values across learning and development activities.

Required Skills
MBA in Human Resources.
2–4 years of relevant experience.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Positive coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Understanding of training and employee development processes.
Commitment to IAHV’s values and social-development objectives.
