Key Responsibilities
Review and verify bank transactions, bank statements, and account balances.
Check daily/weekly financial transactions and fund movements.
Review balance sheets, profit & loss statements, ledgers, and financial reports.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
Verify transaction entries, receipts, payments, and supporting documents.
Monitor financial records for errors, irregularities, or unusual transactions.
Review cash flow and outstanding receivables/payables.
Assist management in understanding financial positions and transaction movements.
Ensure proper maintenance and documentation of financial records.
Provide insights on banking processes, financial controls, and risk areas.
Coordinate with the accounts/finance team whenever clarification or verification is required.
Support management with finance-related analysis and decision-making.

Candidate Profile
Ex-bankers and retired banking professionals are highly preferred.
5 to 10 years of experience in banking, finance, accounts, audit, or financial operations.




Solid understanding of banking transactions and financial statements.
Good knowledge of balance sheet, P&L;, ledger, reconciliation, and cash flow.
Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
Ability to independently review and identify discrepancies in financial records.

This role is particularly suitable for a retired bank manager, ex-bank manager, senior banking officer, finance manager, auditor, or experienced banking skilled who can bring strong practical knowledge and an experienced eye for reviewing financial transactions and records.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
