CRM Tele caller is responsible to:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and customers.
Explain diagnostic tests, health packages, offers, pricing and preparation instructions.
Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments/bookings.
Generate leads through outbound calling and follow up with existing customers.
Promote health check-up packages, preventive packages and home sample collection.
Follow up with patients for pending appointments and repeat health check-ups.
Maintain accurate patient information and call details in the CRM system.
Coordinate with phlebotomists, collection centres, front office and laboratory teams.
Handle patient queries politely and escalate complaints when required.
Maintain daily calling, follow-up and conversion reports.
Achieve assigned monthly calling, booking and revenue targets.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
