About the Role:
Are you passionate about quality and precision? Join TIGC as a Lab Technician and play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and durability. You’ll work closely with fabrics, fibers, and yarns—helping us deliver fast, functional, and fashion-forward apparel.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct physical & chemical testing (colorfastness, strength, pilling, etc.)
Prepare and analyze lab samples with accuracy
Maintain and calibrate lab equipment for reliable results
Record, interpret, and report testing data
Ensure compliance with lab safety standards and protocols
Maintain a clean and well-organized lab workplace
Track and manage lab inventory and supplies
Collaborate with internal teams to improve product quality
What We’re Looking For:
B.Sc. in Chemistry or Diploma in Textile Technology
2–6 years of experience in textile/lab testing (freshers with solid knowledge can apply)
Understanding of textile testing standards and procedures
Solid attention to detail and analytical mindset
Team player with good communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
