Verify patient details, medical records, appointments, and billing information.
Follow data privacy and confidentiality regulations when handling patient information.
Review data for errors, duplicates, and missing information and correct them promptly.
Enter laboratory results, prescriptions, diagnoses, and other medical information as required.
Organize and maintain digital and physical healthcare records.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing staff, and other healthcare professionals when necessary.




Prepare reports and retrieve patient or administrative data when requested.
Meet accuracy, productivity, and quality standards while completing data entry tasks.
