Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred

Job Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP):
Vendor invoice booking and verification
PO / GRN / Invoice matching
Vendor ledger reconciliation
Vendor ageing and outstanding
Vendors advance monitoring
Payment processing support
GST / TDS reconciliation support
AP month-end closing
Credit / Debit note accounting
Subcontracting / Outsourcing accounting

Accounts Receivable (AR):
Customer invoice accounting
Customer ledger reconciliation
Customer ageing and outstanding
Payment collection follow-up
Bank receipt accounting
Customer balance confirmation
Overdue receivable monitoring
Credit / Debit note accounting

General Bank reconciliation
Journal entries
Ledger scrutiny
MIS preparation
Month-end closing support
Audit support




GST / TDS-related accounting support

Skills Required

Accounting | AP / AR | Reconciliation | MS Excel | ERP | GST / TDS | MIS | Ledger Scrutiny

Candidates from Automotive, Rubber, Auto Components, Engineering or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
