Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
Make beds, change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
Check guest rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and missing items.
Respond politely and promptly to guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns.
Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance departments regarding room status and repair requirements.
Handle guest laundry, dry-cleaning, and other housekeeping services as assigned.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping equipment, trolleys, and storage areas.
Report lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
Follow hotel standards for hygiene, safety, and sanitation.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
