Coordinate with colleges and placement cells for hiring requirements.
Connect with students/candidates and share job and internship prospects.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, tests, and placement drives.
Maintain candidate databases and update placement records.
Follow up with candidates, colleges, and recruiters.
Support the team in end-to-end placement coordination.
Prepare basic reports on candidates, interviews, and placements
