Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and HR strategy. The role focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining talent while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave, and payroll processes.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and engagement initiatives.
Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Assist in workforce planning, organizational development,



and HR strategy implementation.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
