Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Floor Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom floor, lead the sales team, drive sales targets, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The candidate should have strong experience in jewellery retail or premium retail, excellent team-handling skills, and the ability to manage customers and sales operations in a high-value retail setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesShowroom & Floor Management
Manage the overall day-to-day activities of the showroom floor.
Ensure the showroom is maintained to the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, discipline, and customer service.
Monitor customer footfall and ensure customers are attended to promptly.
Ensure proper product display and presentation of jewellery collections.
Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments for smooth showroom operations.
Sales & Business Development
Lead the sales team in achieving daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.Team Management
Supervise, motivate, and guide the showroom sales team.




Allocate customers and responsibilities among sales executives appropriately.
Monitor attendance, grooming, punctuality, and discipline.
Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
Coach team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, customer handling, and showroom SOPs.
Identify training requirements and support employee development.
Monitor individual and team-wise sales performance.
Drive conversion, average bill value, repeat business, and customer retention.
Support sales executives in handling high-value and significant customers.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling jewellery products.
Participate in sales planning, promotional activities, and festive campaigns.

Customer Relationship Management
Ensure a premium and personalized customer experience.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
Personally attend to VIP and high-value customers whenever required.
Build robust relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat visits.
Ensure proper follow-up with customers for enquiries, orders, and future purchases.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
