Travel Sales & Operations Executive

ABCD HOLIDAYS is looking for responsible candidates to join our team as Travel Sales & Operations Executives. Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in the travel industry are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and email
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tour packages
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
Prepare domestic and international tour itineraries and quotations
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines and DMC partners
Manage bookings, payment follow-ups and travel documents
Provide pre-tour and on-tour assistance to customers
Maintain accurate customer and booking records
Support social-media enquiries and other routine office activities

Candidate Requirements:
Any degree or diploma; Tourism and Hospitality qualification is preferred
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email and WhatsApp
Knowledge of itinerary preparation and Canva will be an advantage




Willingness to learn about destinations and tour packages
Responsible, punctual and capable of working as part of a team
Candidates residing near Tallakulam or within Madurai city are preferred

Employment Details:
Job Type: Full time and permanent
Initial probation period: 3 months
Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, based on experience and skills
