Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Counter Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. Freshers who are interested in sales and customer service are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers at the counter.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Explain product features, prices, offers, and availability.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
Generate sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Prepare bills/invoices and handle basic cash or digital payments.
Maintain proper product display and cleanliness at the counter.
Coordinate with the stock/store team for product availability.
Maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements




Fresher or candidate with 0–2 years of experience.
Minimum 12th pass; graduates are also welcome.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of English, Hindi, and Marathi will be an advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable working in a customer-facing sales role.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
