Handle day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
Maintain stock records and inventory accuracy.
Monitor inward and outward material entries.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and tracking of inventory items.
Coordinate with purchase and sales departments for material dispatch and receipt.
Prepare GRN, delivery challans, stock reports, and inventory MIS.
Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
Monitor minimum stock levels and report shortages.
Ensure timely dispatch of goods and proper documentation.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the store area.
Manage and supervise store staff and helpers.
Coordinate with service engineers and logistics teams for material movement.
Maintain ERP/Excel-based inventory records accurately
