Prepare customer invoices, quotations, and billing documents.
Handle billing for electrical products, components, and materials.
Process customer orders and coordinate with the Store, Sales, and Dispatch teams.
Verify product details, quantities, rates, GST, and discounts before billing.
Maintain daily sales and billing records.
Handle customer queries related to invoices, payments, and orders.
Coordinate for product returns, replacements, and billing corrections.
Maintain proper documentation and assist with stock-related records.
Prepare basic reports using MS Excel and billing software.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
