Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented Billing & Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day billing and basic accounting activities. Freshers with a willingness to learn and develop a career in accounts are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process customer bills and invoices accurately.
Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment entries.
Maintain daily sales and billing records.
Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment transactions.
Assist in maintaining books of accounts and supporting documents.
Verify invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
Perform basic bank and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts-related records.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with other departments regarding billing and payment-related matters.
Support the Accounts team in routine accounting and administrative activities.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned work.

Skills & Competencies
Proactive and willing to take responsibility.




Good numerical and analytical ability.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office.
Knowledge of Tally or other accounting software will be an advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to learn current systems and processes.

Educational Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, proactive, trustworthy, and eager to learn. Candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of their work will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
