Position: MEP Billing Engineer
Department: Projects / Commercial
Location: Project Site
Experience: 2–5 years

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and verify MEP work bills based on actual site measurements and completed work.
Prepare RA Bills (Running Account Bills), interim bills, and final bills.
Review BOQ, drawings, specifications, and contract documents for billing purposes.
Take and verify measurements for Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV and other MEP works.
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and project management teams for measurement and billing.
Prepare subcontractor/vendor bills and verify quantities and rates against approved BOQ and work orders.
Track work progress, quantities executed, and balance quantities.
Identify variations, additional works, and deviations and maintain proper records.
Prepare quantity reconciliation statements and support material reconciliation where required.
Check applicable deductions,



recoveries, retention, advances, and taxes in bills.
Maintain proper billing documentation, measurement sheets, work completion records, and supporting documents.
Assist in cost tracking and project commercial reporting.
Coordinate with the Accounts/Commercial team for bill processing and payment follow-up.
Ensure billing is prepared accurately and submitted within project timelines.
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience in MEP billing and quantity surveying in construction/project settings.
Knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing/quantity estimation software is preferred.
Valuable understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, measurements, and subcontractor billing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
