Sales Manager:- Plot sales experience

Location: Chennai, Trichy, Salem, Namkkal, Coimbatore

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with 6+ years of solid experience in Real Estate Sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, leading sales teams, generating business, and successfully converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
Generate and convert leads through various channels, including digital leads, referrals, networking, and direct enquiries.
Monitor the complete sales cycle from lead generation to site visits, negotiations, bookings, and closures.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers and ensure high conversion rates.
Handle client negotiations and close plot sales effectively.




Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Track individual and team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance.
Set sales targets and KPIs for team members and ensure consistent achievement.
Conduct regular sales meetings and review daily/weekly/monthly performance.
Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Legal, and Registration teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
Ensure the team follows company policies, sales processes, and ethical business practices.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
