Job Summary
ServiceNow Change & Release Manager, Veeva Vault Platform
8+ years total IT experience, with minimum 5 years hands-on ServiceNow Change and Release Management, including demonstrated single-handed ownership (not just a contributor role).
Solid understanding of ITIL Change/Release/Incident/Problem management framework (ITIL v4 preferred).
Experience managing change in a regulated (GxP/validated) IT setting, understanding validation evidence requirements within a Change Record.
Ability to independently assess change risk and determine correct approval path without escalation for routine decisions.
Experience coordinating release schedules across multiple concurrent workstreams (configuration + integration + platform vendor releases).
Strong stakeholder management and executive presence — this role represents the platform in cross-functional governance forums.
Excellent written and verbal English.
