About the Role

We're seeking a responsible, organized Admin Officer to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and support our office operations.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, robust organizational abilities, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with employees, customers, vendors, and management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office administrative activities.
Maintain office records, files, documents, and registers.
Coordinate office supplies, stationery, equipment, and other requirements.
Monitor office maintenance and general facilities.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.




Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents.
Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee files and basic HR documentation.
Coordinate with customers or prospects when required.
Assist the sales and support teams with administrative requirements.
Maintain customer-related documents and records.
Support product demo arrangements, meetings, and business events when required.

Qualifications
Any Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, HR, or a related field will be an advantage.
1–3 years of experience in administration, office management, HR support, or a similar role is preferred.
