The Field Officer is responsible for handling field operations, client coordination, property visits, documentation support, and maintaining smooth communication between the company and customers. The role requires regular travel, relationship management skills, and the ability to coordinate operational activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits as assigned by the company.
Coordinate with clients, tenants, property owners, and business partners.
Verify property details, documents, and site conditions.
Collect and submit required documents, agreements, and reports.
Support customer onboarding and assist in resolving customer concerns.
Monitor field activities and provide daily status updates to management.
Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks.
Maintain proper records of visits, payments, and communications.
Assist in rent collection follow-ups and operational coordination where required.
Represent the company professionally during all field interactions.
Required Qualifications
Any Degree / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets preferred.
Valid driving license preferred.
