Job Responsibilities:
Supervise, monitor, and coordinate civil construction activities in office.
Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards.
Manage workforce, subcontractors, and site operations effectively.
Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with the project manager.
Handle site inspections and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Monitor material usage and maintain proper documentation.
Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to junior engineers.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil construction (residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects).
Solid knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
