About the Role
We are looking for a Fashion Designer Assistant to assist the designer with customer appointments, enquiries, design work, and production coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the designer during customer appointments.
Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls.
Handle customers and understand their requirements.
Assist with fashion sketching and design work.
Prepare specification sheets (spec sheets).
Communicate designs, measurements, alterations, and requirements to the production team.
Coordinate and follow up with production on ongoing orders.
Maintain customer and order details.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic fashion sketching skills.
Positive customer-handling skills.
Comfortable using WhatsApp and Instagram.
Valuable attention to detail and organisational skills.
Presentable, confident, and proactive.
Previous experience in fashion, boutique, designer wear, or retail is preferred.
Freshers with good fashion/design skills may also apply.
