Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Fitter (Fabrication Work) to join our team at our facility in Mahalunge -Chakan. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fabrication, assembly, and mechanical fitting of components and structures.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform fitting and fabrication work as per technical drawings.
Use of fabrication tools including gas cutters, grinders, drills, and welding machines.
Measure, cut, and assemble metal components accurately.
Ensure work is completed with attention to safety, quality, and timelines.
Coordinate with welders and other team members on fabrication tasks.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years and above of experience in fabrication and fitting work.




Ability to read and interpret fabrication/engineering drawings.
Familiarity with cutting, grinding, and fitting equipment.
Knowledge of different materials (mild steel, stainless steel, etc.) and welding processes is a plus.
Physically fit and able to work in a factory workplace.
Preference for candidates residing in or near Chakan.
