Job Description

We are looking for a Hard-Core Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive with robust Cold Calling & Sales Experience. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, target-oriented, and experienced in converting leads into customers.

Key Requirements
JUSTDIAL / INDIAMART experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED
Robust hands-on Cold Calling & Sales experience

Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound cold calls to potential customers.
Generate and qualify leads through calling.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
Handle customer queries and explain products/services.
Maintain lead and call records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling & sales targets.

Requirements




1–4 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Cold Calling.
Prior experience with JUSTDIAL or INDIAMART is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong sales mindset and target-oriented approach.
B2B/B2C sales or lead-generation experience is an advantage.
Immediate joiners / short notice period preferred.
