Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing client coordination, sales documentation, follow-ups, and day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, booking forms, and other sales documents.
Coordinate client meetings, site visits, appointments, and follow-ups.
Maintain and regularly update customer databases, leads, and sales records.
Coordinate with clients and sales executives to ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with the concerned team for issue resolution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track leads, bookings, pending payments, and sales activities.
Coordinate with marketing, finance, CRM, and operations teams.




Maintain proper documentation of customer and sales-related records.
Support the sales team in achieving targets through effective coordination and follow-up.
Ensure all sales processes and documentation are maintained as per company policies.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, CRM, Real Estate, or a similar role preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic to positive knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
Candidates with real estate experience will be preferred.
