Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit qualified videos for real estate projects and company events.
Create engaging social media content, including reels, shorts, and promotional videos.
Conduct property walkthrough shoots and client testimonial videos.
Manage camera, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content strategies.
Ensure all video content aligns with company branding guidelines.
Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects where required.
Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high production quality.
Stay updated with the latest video trends and social media content formats.

Required Skills
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
Robust knowledge of videography, camera handling,



lighting, and audio recording.
Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Creative storytelling and content planning abilities.
Basic photography and graphic design skills will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in video production and editing.
Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply.

Salary

As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
