Job Summary

The Order Taker is responsible for greeting customers, accurately taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience. This role requires valuable communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in a café or restaurant environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
Greet customers politely and take orders accurately
Enter orders into the system and coordinate with kitchen staff
Answer customer questions about menu items and promotions
Ensure timely and correct delivery of orders
Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards
Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary

Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or restaurant




Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
Valuable communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
