Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and communication-focused Business Development Executives to join our team in Mohali for a UAE-focused outbound calling process.
The selected candidates will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant services, and generating business prospects through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the UAE market.
Introduce and explain the company's products/services to potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Generate and follow up on business leads.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Update customer information and call details in the company system.
Achieve assigned calling and business development targets.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely follow-up.
Candidate Requirements
Good verbal communication skills in English.
Comfortable making outbound calls.
Candidates with experience in BDE, telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or business development are preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Willingness to work from the Mohali office.
