Job Summary:

Fillip Technologies Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive company growth by identifying new business prospects, building client relationships, and contributing to overall sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for project execution
Prepare proposals, reports, and business plans




Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (2–3 years preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Target-driven with a positive attitude

Preferred Skills:
Experience in IT/Software/Marketing services industry
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Ability to handle multiple clients and projects
