Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to make outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a confident approach to customer conversations.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain products and services to customers and provide basic information.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain daily calling and lead follow-up records in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Schedule customer meetings and site visits for the sales team.
Handle basic customer queries professionally.
Achieve daily and weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements




6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role.
Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
Confident and professional telephone communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Valuable customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous sales experience will be an advantage.
Valid two-wheeler and ability to travel locally are compulsory.
