Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers, dealers, contractors, and project sites regularly.
Promote and explain company products and services.
Generate current leads and identify potential customers.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct regular market visits and gather market information.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and orders.
Achieve the assigned monthly business targets.
Submit daily field visit and activity reports.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer requirements.

Monthly Target & Incentives:
Performance Incentive: Attractive incentives will be provided based on achievement of the monthly target.
Salary and incentive structure will be discussed during the interview.

Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in field marketing/sales preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary: As per experience and company standards
Incentives: Performance-based monthly incentives

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
