Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with companies to create placement opportunities for students.
Provide career guidance, resume support, interview preparation, and LinkedIn guidance.
Coordinate student shortlisting, interviews, follow-ups, and placement activities.
Organize placement drives, job fairs, workshops, and employer interactions.
Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
Create job posts, promotional content, posters, and campaigns using Canva.
Maintain placement records, employer feedback, student data, and regular reports.
Coordinate with students, trainers, course coordinators, and employers.

Requirements.:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Valuable communication, coordination, networking, and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Canva, MS Office, and social media platforms.
Freshers with relevant skills and experience are welcome to apply.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
