NPrep is hiring Counsellors , who will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into enrollments/sales through calls and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective students via calls and WhatsApp.
Identify student needs and recommend suitable courses.
Handle follow-ups and convert leads into enrollments.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fresh graduates from any discipline (0–1 year experience).
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
