Key Responsibilities
Prepare authentic hand-stretched pizzas (dough preparation, proofing, shaping)
Cook and plate pasta dishes and other Italian menu items
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
Ensure strict kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Assist with prep work, inventory management, and stock rotation
Handle fast-paced service efficiently, especially during peak hours
Contribute ideas to improve menu quality and kitchen operations

Requirements




Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine (pizza, pasta, sauces, ingredients)
Must have hands-on experience with hand-stretched dough
Basic English communication skills
Comfortable working late shifts (up to 2:00 AM)
Open only to experience chefs, no freshers apply,
