5+ Years of Consulting experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background.
Worked on at least 2 ARCS Implementations
Valuable understanding of Reconciliation Formats, Auto matching rules, Reconciliation Workflow, Integrations
Experience in Transaction Matching Reconciliations
Positive communication skills with respect to understanding their requirements and explaining our point of view with cohesiveness, clarity, and confidence
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Good to have skills

Exposure of driving various workshops related to requirement analysis and design
