Experience: 2 - 3 Years

.Operate SMT machines (pick-and-place, printer, reflow Oven)

2.Load PCB boards and electronic components
Set up machines for production and changeover
Monitor machines during production
Inspect PCB boards for defects
Perform basic troubleshooting
Report major issues to supervisor
Maintain production records
Follow work instructions and schedule
Ensure quality standards
Handle Components with ESD safety
Clean and maintain machines and work area
Replace feeders, reels, and components
Assist in line setup and changeover
Work with quality team
Follow safety rules and company
Reduce wastage and improve productivity
Support 5S and lean activities
Coordinate with team members for smooth workflow

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
