Sankofa NextGen, a Calicut-based education consultancy, is looking for a motivated Telecaller (minimum 1 year experience) to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, helping them understand our programs and guiding them toward enrollment.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads and inquire about their educational needs
Explain course offerings clearly and address queries in both Malayalam and English
Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into admissions
Maintain accurate call records and update lead status regularly
Coordinate with the counseling team for smooth handovers
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convince and close calls
Fluency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written)
Comfortable working with call targets and follow-ups
Basic computer/CRM knowledge preferred
