Job Description – Account Executive

Position: Account Executive
Experience: 3+ Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Handle Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment, and Journal entries.
Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory records.
Assist in GST return preparation and reconciliation.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment documents.
Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers/vendors for follow-up.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and customers as required.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.

Required Skills




Good knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP / Accounting Software.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas.
Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Scrutiny, and Accounts Payable/Receivable.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
Experience in a manufacturing/engineering company will be preferred.
Candidate should be capable of independently handling routine accounting activities.
