Anant Estate is looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller – Real Estate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their property requirements, following up with leads, and coordinating site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential property buyers.
Follow up with existing and old leads regularly.
Understand customers’ requirements, budget, preferred location and property type.
Share relevant property/project details through calls and WhatsApp.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Coordinate and schedule property/site visits.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and customer responses.
Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into site visits and sales.
Achieve daily and monthly calling/follow-up targets.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Punjabi & Hindi.
Confident and polite communication style.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and computers.
Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Fresher candidates are welcome; real-estate experience will be an advantage.
